[We] are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. —Romans 8:37 THROUGH HIM Through Him who loved us, We see with new eyes of faith; Standing on God's promises, A victory that will not fade. Through Him who loved us, We gain hearts of contentment; Holding on to our Father's Son, An expectation of holy Heaven. Through Him who loved us, We conquer the fears we face; Walking in our Savior's light, The darkness falls away. John 3:7–8 Do not marvel that I said to you, "You must be born again. The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear its sound, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit. BORN OF THE SPIRIT Here today, gone tomorrow, Free from the gravity of sin; Nothing holds a saint down, Who by faith in Christ win. Lost in freedom, found in forgiveness, Every born-again believer has the truth; Held forth by angels-despised by demons, The Word of our God makes all things new. Made new today, perfect tomorrow, Tears of joy flow from rocksolid heart; No power will move you from My love, When you're born of the Spirit -- A redeemed work of art.
