JOHN 14:6a Jesus told him, “ I am the way , the truth , and the life .”  ONE    TRUE  GOD  One true God, One pure Light, One holy Spirit, One way to Life. “ No one can come to the Father except through me. ” JOHN 14:6b (NLT)

Did God Really Say The first two chapters of the Bible tell how, "In the beginning God created the Heavens and the earth" (Genesis 1:1). God placed Adam in the Garden of Eden and created Eve as his companion and helper. Life in the garden was good, but it didn't take long for the deception of the devil to really mess things up. God had given Adam and Eve the freedom to eat from any tree in the garden - any tree except one; "You must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat of it you will surely die" (Genesis 2:17). God's instructions were clear and His consequences for disobedience severe. But when the devil first confronted Eve, he began by slightly changing God's Word in order to cause doubt. Genesis 3:1 "He said to the woman, 'Did God really say, "You must not eat from any tree in the garden"?'" This slight shift from a single tree to ANY tree put Eve immediately on the defensi

AS LONG AS WE LIVE As long as we live May we be ready, Ready to die; Might we be truly Alive. _______________________________ Remember The Basics As we continue down God's path of sanctification, "being transformed into His likeness" (2 Corinthians 3:18), moving from milk to solid food (Hebrews 5:12), and growing in grace and "all spiritual wisdom and understanding" (Colossians 1:9), it's wise to return often to the basics of our faith. As we learn more of our Heavenly Father and ponder His "deeper truths," we must never forget that "God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life" (John 3:16). The truth of all scripture is that God loves us and is inviting us to join Him - to know Him and enjoy Him - for all eternity. The Apostle Peter understood the importance of fundamentals. He wrote his second letter to warn us against false teaching and to

God is new every morning, Real as the sun and moon; Love that sets us free, A wonderful, powerful Truth. God is new life to this soul, God in Christ the only hope; The maker and breaker of nations, Strength without weakness. God is new every evening, Real as the stars in the skies; The joy that makes hearts smile, The only peace that never dies.
