THE CROSS Lead me to the place of abandon, Where I must leave my self behind; Bring me to the point of absolute surrender, Where all I can see is Christ. Bring me to the end of earthly life, Where I must decide He died for me; Bring me to the crux of spiritual obedience, Where all I know is Christ and His resurrection glory! Guide me in the Shepherd's Way, Where I'm only faithful to soveriegn bounds; Carry me willingly to Heaven's gate, Where I'll lay aside these worldly crowns.
